Can F1 reverse engineer the regulations keeping the fundamentals of hybrid technology intact, or is this the beginning of the end for battery hybrids in F1? If F1 pandered to fans clamouring for pure V8's, would this actually be better? I don't know. You tell me.

On F1, AI, hybrids and algorithms, over time the contribution of the driver's art will be reduced or even rendered minimally significant. I say this as someone who worked on developing driver aids whilst with Williams. So, is this what we want? Its the burning question.
