After an afternoon of torrential rain yesterday, we had the hottest track temperatures seen all year today. As a result of yesterday’s rain, the drivers had a good selection of new tyres to choose from, which they made the most of today. In these challenging conditions everyone was pushing from start to finishing, following for the most part a two-stop strategy as we expected. A few drivers tried something different, notably the varied approaches between Red Bull and Ferrari, which meant that their drivers were challenging for position all the way to the final lap.
